UTair mission, strategic objectives and business direction

UTair Aviation conducts its business activity in accordance with the principles of the market economy, aiming at the maximum transparency and clarity and endeavoring to achieve a brand new level of passengers servicing and keep its status of a modern, first-quality and competitive air carrier.

UTair successively works out a system which would be resistant to possible unfavorable situations in the domestic and foreign economy development by means of the most effective distribution of priorities between the three main business activities:

  • helicopter operations in Russia;
  • helicopter operations abroad;
  • passenger transportations (passenger and cargo transportations on domestic and international flights with various aircraft types).

    The mission of helicopter operations both in Russia and abroad consists in providing optimum-quality aviation services of various levels of complexity upon the customer’s request, at any time of year and day and in any part of the world by means of up-to-date and reliable helicopters.

    The mission of passenger transportations consists in providing passengers with transportation on various aircraft types at reasonable prices and with convenient route schemes, supporting high level of safety, comfort and servicing.

    These two missions are united by the Company’s aspiration for providing its customers with the optimum quality services and increasing the shareholder benefit.

    * strengthening of its current status among the world leaders of helicopter services providers – global helicopter operators;
    * integration in the world helicopter society by means of unification of its standards and cooperation with the world helicopter operators;

    * developing and provision of new services within the limits of the most promising and profitable types of helicopter operations, first of all – for oil and gas companies

    * development of the system controlling performance quality and passenger transportation processes complying with ISO 9000 standards;
