    The modern market of aircraft services and a high-level competition sets tougher requirements to airline companies for providing safety and regularity of flights and the quality of offered services. Keeping or improving these parameters largely depends on highly qualified personnel. That is why one of UTair management's priorities is purposeful personnel policies based on the principle of constant and regular improvement of the skills of its personnel and attracting young specialists capable of implementing their knowledge and potential efficiently.     Maintenance and operation of the company's helicopter and plane fleet is entrusted to 2,085 flight specialists and technical staff. More than a half of UTair aircraft are allowed to make international flights.
