ADR program (American Depositary Receipts)
On May 26, 1998, UTair established an American Depositary Receipt program, Level 1 classification. One ADR is equal to 100 common UTair shares.
The Bank of New York serves as the company's depositary bank. The UTair ADR trade code is TYAVY. The company's ADRs are traded on over-the-counter markets in New York, Frankfurt and Berlin.
