Safety during COVID-19

Preparation for the Flight
In connection with the threat of COVID-19 spread, we ask you to:
- Take protective masks and gloves with you and use them at the airport and during the whole flight. We recommend to take several masks for your comfort. We also advise you to use a disinfection fluid.
- Measure your temperature before leaving to the airport. If you are sick, please, stay at home and consult a doctor. It is possible that your temperature shall be measured at the airport, and if it is high, you won't be aple to perform a flight.
- Check the entry regulations of the region of your flight.
- Check in for a flight on utair.ru website or in a mobile application, so as not to queue up at the check-in counters.
- Use an electronic boarding pass at the airports where it is possible.
Utair Aviation takes care of your safety and introduces additional security measures.
Airport Security Measures
- All surfaces at the airport, including check-in counters and passenger service equipment, are regularly and thoroughly disinfected.
- All airport employees wear masks in combination with other additional personal protective means.
- All passengers shall wear protective masks and gloves at the airport.
- Temperature is measured at the entrance to the airport.
- As a precautionary measure during service, you may be asked several questions related to your health.
- Hand sanitizer dispensers are located at the airport.
- While queuing up for check-in and boarding, please keep social distance of 1.5 meters.
- Business lounges are limited in most airports.
Safety Measures Onboard the Aircraft
- Utair crew undergo a pre-flight medical check and wear masks and gloves during the whole flight.
- All passengers shall wear protective masks and gloves during the flight.
- Our aircraft are equipped with highly efficient HEPA filters. They remove up to 99.7% of airborne particles and renew it completely every 3 minutes. This allows air in our cabins to comply with sanitary standards.
- Cabin is cleaned with approved disinfectants before the flight. The airline disinfects aircraft outside and inside every 48 hours..
- For additional prophylaxis, the Airline replaced wet wipes on aircraft with antibacterial ones, ordinary soap - with bactericidal ones (all products are hypoallergenic). That allows to minimize the risk of contamination with coronavirus on board the aircraft.
- For safety reasons pillows and blankets are not provided.
- During the flight, the crew uses sanitizers, gloves and protective masks to provide safe service for passengers.
- Each flight has a first aid kit and an anti-epidemic kit. If you feel unwell during the flight, inform the flight attendant about that. You will definitely receive first aid.
- No press is provided in the cabin to keep hygiene.
- Utair offers meals on board only in individually sealed packaging.
- If your seat is next to a passenger who has any signs of illness, you can ask the flight attendant to change your seat.
- If the flight load is low, we will automatically seat passengers the next but one.
How to Buy Tickets in a Correct Way

Utair Airline strongly recommends that passengers buy tickets on the official website of the airline utair.ru and in the Utair mobile application.

That significantly speeds up the exchange and refund of tickets in the event of a cancelled or rescheduled flight due to coronavirus. Utair has strengthened its staff and increased its support hours to help passengers who purchased tickets on the website and in the application.

If you buy a ticket on a third-party site, then you will have to communicate with the support of ticket aggregators on your own - that increases the refund time.
Restrictions for Arrival to the Russian Federation Regions

Dear Passengers!

Here you can find all currently known measures in the cities of Utair route network.

For the passengers arriving to the following cities:

Naryan-Mar.
Passengers need a certificate of a negative test for COVID-19, made no earlier than 3 days before the flight. If passengers don’t have such certificate when they arrive, they must keep self-isolation within 14 days.

It is important to note that Utair does not check certificates, that is required by the administration of the listed RF regions. Please check the rules of arrival for the region on the official portals of the administrations.

Russian Federation Entry Rules

Foreign citizens who have the right to enter the Russian Federation, before boarding a flight to Russia, must present to the control officers a certificate with a negative result of the PCR test for coronavirus. The certificate must be issued in Russian or English no earlier than 3 calendar days before departure.

Citizens of the Russian Federation arriving from abroad must fill in a form on the Public Services Portal of the RF in electronic form before departure to the Russian Federation: when purchasing a ticket, but no later than check-in for the flight.
Upon arrival, fill in the arriving person's questionnaire, pass the PCR test for coronavirus within 3 calendar days after returning home and upload the results to the portal of public services (order of the Russian Federation Government). Until the test results are obtained, self-isolation at home must kept.
