You can apply to Insurer to withdraw the contract of the passenger accident insurance before departure of the flight. For this purpose please download Application form.
The filled in Application copy is to be sent on e-mail pointed at the bottom of Application. Hard copy of the filled in and signed Application is to be sent Insurer by mail on an address pointed at the bottom of Application as well. Insurer makes refund after both conditions fulfilled.
